The Application Effect of Painless Childbirth Technology and Its Impact on the Delivery Process

Abstract：Objective:To study the application effect of epidural technology and its impact on the delivery process. Method:120 cases of normal full-term birth maternal treated in author’s hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected,maternal selected delivery method in accordance with the principle of voluntary,60 cases as observation group who selected painless childbirth technology,the rest of the 60 cases as control group who selected normal childbirth. Observation and comparative analysis analgesia effect of women during childbirth of two groups.Result:The natural births,labor,analgesic effect of observation group maternal is significantly better than that in control group,the differences had statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia and fetal distress(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of painless childbirth technology in gynecology and obstetrics,can effectively improve the effect of analgesia,shorten labor and improve natural births,and has less impact on maternal and infant,is worth popularizing application.
