The Curative Effect Observation of Two Different Ways to Use Misoprostol before Hysteroscopy Procedure

Abstract：Objective:To compare the curative effect of two different ways in using misoprostol in the virginal before hysteroscopy procedure. Method:Author recruited 72 cases with hysteroscopic surgery which were used misoprostol as pretreatment from July 2013 in author’s hospital,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,in the experiment group,crumbed the tablets and made them wet by sodium Chloride Injection before putting them into the virginal,in the control group,only put the tablets in the virginal.The cervix extension in the procedure,length of bleeding after the hysteroscopy procedure,score of pain after the hysteroscopy procedure,adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:The cervix extension in the procedure of observation group was better than control group,the length of bleeding after the surgery of observation group was shorter than control group,the pain score of observation group was lower than control group.The difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The way crumbing the tablets and making them wet by sodium Chloride Injection before putting them into the virginal as pretreatment of hysteroscopy procedure is better than the traditional way in the aspects of cervical softening,can reduce the length of bleeding after surgery and release the pain after the surgery,is worth to be popularized.
