Effect Observation of Atomization Inhalation in the Treatment of Infantile Bronchopneumonia

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of atomization inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchopneumonia.Method:88 cases with infantile bronchopneumonia treated in author’s hospital from March 2009 to May 2013 were randomly divided into normal group and atomization inhalation group,each group had 44 cases,the normal group was given conventional treatment,atomizing inhalation group was given atomization inhalation treatment on the basis of conventional therapy,the changes of clinical symptoms and adverse reaction of drug of two group were observed.Result:The total effectiveness of atomizing inhalation group was 95.45%,the total effectiveness of normal group was 95.45%,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The symptom remission time of fever,cough,wheezing,pulmonary rales of atomizing inhalation group were less than the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no drug adverse reaction during the period of treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:Atomization inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchopneumonia is obvious,is worth the clinical promotion.
