Clinical Analysis of Vaginal Delivery of Placenta Accreta Treatment

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of placenta implantation by methotrexate combined with mifepristone tablets,to better serve the patients were treated with placenta implantation.Method:29 cases with placenta implantation from February 2008 to May 2013 in Dehong People’s Hospital were selected as experiment subjects,all patients were treated with methotrexate combined with mifepristone tablets,observation of patients,and the measurement of serumβ-hCG level.Result:After a week 15 cases into the placenta completely self release,8 cases after 1 week of treatment,serumβ-hCG was significantly lower in 1 month, treatment of placenta accreta is completely self release.After 2 months 5 cases the placenta completely self release(including 1 case of patient with postpartum fever for drug resistant bacteria infection of 1 case).After 2 months the bloodβ-hCG decreased significantly,but some residual placenta not discharge.Given the hysteroscopic treatment cured after resection of residual placenta.Postoperative bloodβ-hCG was normal.Follow up 3 months found in patients with uterine recove. Conclusion:The treatment has a better effect on placental implantation with methotrexate combined with mifepristone tablets,it is worth of application.
