Therapeutic Effect of Interferon Combined with Ganciclovir on EB Virus Infection in Children
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of interferon combination with ganciclovir on EB virus infection in children.Method:68 cases of EB virus infection in children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was treated with interferon and ganciclovir,control group was treated with ganciclovir,effects were analysised statistically.Result:The total effective rate was 94.44%in treatment group,and 84.37%in control group.10 days after treatment,the negative rate of EBV-DNA copies was 86.11%in treatment group,and 75.00%in control group,the differences were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interferon combined with ganciclovi is more effective in the treatment of EB virus infection,can short the course of disease,is worthy of extensive use.
