The Clincal Analysis on the First Aid of 82 Cases in Acute Coma

Abstract：Objective:To observe the cause and rescue measures of acute coma in ergency department.Method:Alcoholism and trauma were the most common causes of acute coma.82 cases in our hospital had been analyzed.Analysed the cause and rescue measures of all cases.Result:82 cases,ACVD was 34.1%,metabolic brain disease was 24.4%,acute poisoning and trauma was 12.2%,the other were 17.1%.Conclusion:Positive and timely analysis of the etiology and measures might be very important in the ergency department for patinents.
