Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical significance of chromo endoscopy for early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Method:138 cases were randomly divided into observation group(n=69) and control group(n=69).Control group was treated with conventional endoscopy, observation group was stained, indigo carmine dye staining method, two biopsies were taken 3-5 blocks sent histology.Observing and comparing the situation of two groups.Result:The detection of inflammatory lesions stained endoscopy in 33 cases,30 cases of intraepithelial neoplasia and early cancer 6 cases;Control group 61 cases of inflammatory lesions detected by conventional endoscopy,6 cases of intraepithelial neoplasia early cancer 2 cases; The detection rate of observation group was 52.17%,was significantly higher than control group(X2=26.159,P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic dyeing operation is simple, inexpensive, high rate of early detection of colorectal cancer, worthy of clinical application.
