Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of resin adsorption and hemodialysis in the treatment of renal osteodystrophy, which made guidance for clinical treatment.Method:Selected 94 cases admitted to our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were divided into control group(given hemodialysis treatment) and treatment group(given resin adsorption and hemodialysis treatment),the blood indicators and efficacy of two groups were compared. Result:(1)After treatment the levels of iPTH,SCr,P3+were lower than before treatment, and the iPTH,P3+levels of treatment group were better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment the levels of Hb had no significant changes, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)The total effective rate of treatment group(89.36%) was higher than that of control group(61.70%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Resin adsorption and hemodialysis have significant effect on treating renal osteodystrophy, which is worthy of clinical widely.
