CUI Xiu-jiao
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the prevalence of and the veteran corps of engineers of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,to provide the necessary basis for clinical. Method:Selection from January 2012 to October 2013,in the author’s hospital rehabilitation of 200 cases of the army corps of engineers,to the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as the research object, the distribution characteristics of cases and corps of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease onset time, length of service, type of work, and the correlation analysis of the age,and carry on statistics processing.Result:Survey of 200 cases of retired engineers 32 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, prevalence was 16.0%,and restrictive ventilatory disorder in 13,6.5%prevalence,hybrid ventilation dysfunction 9 cases, prevalence of 4.5%,not ventilation dysfunction,146 cases,73.0%of the overall proportion. Good hair type of work for the driller and mining industry, the average dust exposure (6.7±4.1) years, the average age (48.1±7.9).Conclusion:The prevalence of engineering corps has higher chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,at the same time, some patients with ventilation dysfunction in different degree, the age slants small, should be seriously, actively carry out protective measures,to reduce the incidence of this disease.
