Investigation on Sanitary Condition of the Dining Rooms in Kindergartens and Schools in A place of Inner Mongolia in 2012

Abstract：Objective:To understand the sanitary condition of the dining room in the public and private nursery school and the school in somewhere. Method:The hygienic status was conducted in 51 kindergartens and school dining rooms under the administration of Inner Mongolia Health Bureau during March to May in 2012.The examination content include the hygiene license,the health certificate,health governance,health facility,internal and external environment and disinfection tableware.Result:Percentage of both were differed between the public kindergartens and schools and private kindergartens and schools,including the hygiene license sanitation license,asked for food product qualification when purchasing food,health certificate,the tableware disinfection facility,coli group on the school tableware and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Complete health system and implemented responsibility system of food hygiene, food warehouse storage,rat proof and the dust flies were consistent between the public kindergartens and schools and private kindergartens and schools,and the difference were no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The hygienic status of dining rooms in the 18 public kindergartens and schools were good in 2012. The hygienic status of dining rooms in the 33 private kindergartens and schools were bad.
