Abstract:Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical features of ventricular arrhythmias in senile coronary heart disease and heart rate variation. Method:A total of 50 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from 2010 to 2013 were selected as the observation group, and 50 cases didn’t have coronary heart disease shown by the physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group. The heart rate, heart rate variability and ventricular arrhythmias of patients were observed by 24 hour holter detection.Result:The lowest heart rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the maximum heart rate and the average heart rate in two groups were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,The heart rate variability of the observation group was lower, only SDNN reduced had significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion:It has important clinical significance that 24 hour holter test should be used in patients with senile coronary heart disease, and it needs some attention to prevent ventricular arrhythmia events.
