Value of High-frequency and Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer
Abstract：Objective:To study the charateristic changes of breast cancer by high-frequency and color Doppler ultrasound.Method:High-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) of 27 cases with a mean age of 46.9 years of breast cancer confirmed by clinical operation and pathology were enrolled in the study,and these results had been confirmed by pathology diagnosis.Result:In CDFI,blood flow was 100%found in 27 cases.Their mean resistance index(RI) were 0.63-1.00,average was 0.81±0.10,and 85.2%resistance index(RI) were more than 0.70.Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound and CDFI are great value in diagnosis of breast cancer.
