The Clinical Efficacy of Nifedipine for Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of nifedipine in the treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,to provide clinical work for future reference.Method:60 cases of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy from August 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases) and control group were treated with intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate,the observation group on the basis of control group added nifedipine treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Result:The total effective rate was 93.33%in the observation group, significantly higher than 76.67%in the control group,the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage,placental abruption, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia and other complications for patients in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of nifedipine for gestational hypertension is sure,it is worth further promotion in clinical applications.
