Discuss the Local Swelling Prevention Measures in the Process of Circular Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of intraoperative preventive measures to reduce postoperative anus swelling in patients with circular mixed hemorrhoid.Method:To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 100 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid proceed internal plunge outer peel surgery from January 2011 to June 2013,50 cases of the observation group received systematic intraoperative prevention measures,50 cases of the control group did not received systematic preventive measures.To observe and compare the postoperative anus edema and incision pain of two groups.Result:Postoperative 3, 7,10 day,the anus edema degree and incision pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intraoperative reasonable prevention measures can obviously reduce postoperative anus swelling degree,improve the postoperative life quality of patients.
