Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor on the abdominal incision of pregnant women for cesarean section.Method:A prospective parallel randomized controlled clinical study was conducted.375 pregnant women for cesarean section from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected. These cases were randomly prospective divided into treatment group(n=190,treated with rhaFGF washing during operation) and control group(n=185,treated with saline washing during operation). The scar area and adverse events were observed and recorded in detail during the follow-up.Result:The data with a statistics difference between the treatment group and the control group in the average amount of postpartum hemorrhage, incidence of incisional pain, incision suture removal time and the incidence of incision scar(P<0.05 or P<0.01).And there were few serious adverse reactions cases in the treatment groups after follow-up.Conclusion:The effect of recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor is good for the treatment of wound healing of cesarean section,it can significantly reduced the incidence of pain and scar, and the rates of adverse events.
