The Application of Pituitrin in Embryo Removal Laparoscopic Surgery of Tubal Pregnancy

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application value of pituitrin in embryo removal laparoscopic surgery of tubal pregnancy.Method:The 100 cases who suffered tubal pregnancy and would undergo laparoscopic embryo removal,were randomly divided into two groups from September 2011 to September 2013.50 cases who were injected pituitrin in operation were in experimental group,another 50 cases who weren’t injected pituitrin belonged to control group.To compare the operation time,the volume of blood loss,postoperative highest temperature,the hospitalization time after operation and the incidence of persistent ectopic pregnancy in the two groups.Result:The experimental group in the operation time,the volume of blood loss were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.01).The two groups had no statistically significant in postoperative highest temperature and hospitalization time(P>0.05).Patients in two groups had no persistent ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion:Application of pituitrin in embryo removal for tubal pregnancy can remarkably reduce operative time,intraoperative bleeding volume.The method is safe,reliable and feasible.
