Clinicopathologic Analysis of 6 Cases with Mucinous Carcinoma of Breast

Abstract：Objective:To study the clinical pathological characteristics,mucus breast carcinoma immune phenotype and the relationships between them and prognosis.Method:Data of clinical pathological information and immunohistochemical staining of 6 cases with mucinous carcinoma of breast were collected, and combined with literature the clinical pathological characteristics and differential diagnosis of this tumor were analyzed.Result:The average age of 6 cases with mucinous carcinoma of breast was 55.2 years,including 4 cases with simplex mucous carcinoma,2 cases with mixed mucous carcinoma. Immune phenotype had the characteristics of high hormone receptor expression and the lower expression in HER-2 and C-erbB-2,and the positive index of Ki-67 was from 1%to 50%. Conclusion:Age of onset in mucinous carcinoma of breast is older,and the tumor grow slowly,and the shifts happened are fewer,and prognosis is better,and prognosis of simplex mucous carcinoma is better than that in mixed mucous carcinoma,prognosis of the positive hormone receptor in case is better than that in the negative one.
