Omeprazole Treatment the Curative Effect of Children Chronic Gastritis and Peptic Ulcer

Abstract：Objective:To explore the omeprazole treatment the clinical curative effect of children chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. Method:Selection from October 2009 to January 2012 of 60 patients admitted in the author's hospital pediatric patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer,by using the method to random number table is divided into research group and the control group,30 cases each. The control group given secret of treatment,the team give omeprazole treatment,treatment for 3 weeks,after the treatment on two groups of clinical curative effect and recovery of gastrointestinal mucosa were observed.Result:Two groups of symptoms were alleviated after treatment. 90.0%of the group are significantly higher than the control group total effective rate 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);No obvious difference was found between two groups in pain relief time,but the team Hp clearance rate 94.6%to 83.2%, significantly higher than in the control group and the team symptoms disappear time significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);But the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions compared differences no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:For pediatric chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer cases of omeprazole has more ideal treatment effect,can significantly improve symptoms and relieve pain,promote ulcer healing, kill helicobacter pylori,effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
