Abstract:Objective:To explore the montelukast joint pulmicort bronchial asthma cellular immunity in children, serum IgE and sputum eosinophilic granulocytes impact.Method:Select June 2011 to July 2012 in author’s hospital for treatment of 86 patients with bronchial asthma in children for the study, they were randomly divided into the control group (Pulmicort) and the observation group (montelukast combined with Pulmicort respules),43 cases in each group, and then the two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment for 6 weeks,12 weeks the positive rate of eosinophils,cell-mediated immunity and serum IgE levels were detected.Result:6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, the observation group positive rate of eosinophils were lower than the control group, and the recovery of cellular immune index and serum IgE levels were better than the control group(P<0.05),there were significant differences. Conclusion:Montelukast united pulmicort cellular immunity, serum IgE levels greater impact on the positive rate of eosinophils in children with asthma, and plays an active clinical role for the state to improve children.
