Effects of Compound Artemisia Rupestris Tablet on Anti-inflammatory and Immune Function in Mice
Abstract：Objective:To investigate immunization and the anti-inflammatory effect of compound Artemisia Rupestris tablet to provide the reference for the clinical treatment of influenza.Method:Using the xylene-induced mouse ear edema and capillary permeability test to investigate anti-inflammatory effects.Drug on effects of ConA induced T lymphocyte proliferation was measured by MTT colorimetric assay.Result:Compound Artemisia Rupestris tablet 2.5,5.0 g/kg dose could significantly inhibited xylenen-induced ear edema in mice (P<0.01);Compound Artemisia Rupestris tablet (1.5,2.5,5.0 g/kg dose) could significantly inhibited acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability in mice;Compound Artemisia Rupestris tablet 312-20 000 mg/L concentration range can suppress ConA-induced T cell proliferation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Artemisia Rupestris tablet have anti-inflammatory and immunoregulation function.
