Clinical Analysis of Ultrasound Diagnosis in Fetal Hypocoiled Umbilical Cord

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in fetal hypocoiled umbilical cord in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of fetal hypocoiled umbilical cord.Method:A total of 45 pregnant women with fetal hypocoiled umbilical cord in our hospital received from August 2009 to April 2013 were selected as clinical study objects,and all patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination,and the results were observed.Result:The sonographic findings of 45 cases with fetal hypocoiled umbilical cord included placenta racket in 38 cases and sail-like placenta in seven cases .Pregnancy outcomes found that there were 3 cases with intrauterine retardation,and postpartum hemorrhage occurred in 11 cases,and there were two cases with intrauterine death. Conclusion:The use of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis in fetal hypocoiled umbilical cord is a good security check method,and it is suitable for early diagnosis.
