Clinical Observation of Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation in the Treatment of 158 Cases with Atrioventricular Nodal Reentrant Tachycardia
Abstract:Objective:To retrospectively summarize the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA) in the treatment of patients with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT).Method:The success rate, the recurrence rate and the complication rate of radiofrequency catheter ablation in 158 cases with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia in our hospital were observed by follow-up.Result:2 cases recurred in 158 cases and 1 case occured the third degree atrioventricular block and recovered after treatment. There was no patient dead. Conclusion:The radiofrequency catheter ablation in the treatment of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia has a high success rate and few complications, and it is safe and effective.
