Comparison of Applied Effect of Epidural Anesthesia Combined with Spinal Epidural Anesthesia in Elective Caesarean Section for the Second Time

Abstract:Objective:To study and compare the applied effects of epidural anesthesia combined with spinal epidural anesthesia in elective cesarean section for the second time.Method:A total of 60 mature single pregnant women received caesarean section to delivery in our hospital were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into group A and group B,and group A used epidural anesthesia,and group B used combined spinal epidural anesthesia.The intraoperative and postoperative clinical indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:MAP,Bromage scores,excellent time and hypotension situation of two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When the condition of the maternal blood pressure is controlled and maternal itself has no special conditions,using combined spinal epidural anesthesia has better clinical effect in elective cesarean section for the second time.
