Clinical Analysis of 37 Cases with Placenta Increta

Abstract：Objective:To explore the method of conservative treatment for placenta increta,that is safe,effective,and can protect the reproductive function for women of childbearing age.Method:With clinical analysis of 37 placenta increta,the research MTX combined with mifepristone,and used re-caesarean section to remove placenta for the complete placenta implantation of cornua uteri,to reserve utreus.Result:Among those 37 cases,35 cases were succeeded in censervative treatment,2 cases penetrative placenta were with subtotal hysterectomy to reserve uterus.Conclusion:With stable life signs of placenta increta,MTX combined with mifepristone,even using re-caesarean section to remove placanta of the complete placenta implantation patients,makes remaining uterus come true.
