The Ultrasonic Diagnosis of the Separation of Double Renal Collecting System of Fetus and the Ultrasound Observation with Its Analysis

Abstract：Objective:To explore the degree of the separation of double renal collecting system of fetus,and to evaluate its prognosis after delivery. Method:Keep visiting 10 fetuses after delivery until they are 2 months old.Result:The double renal collecting part was 5-12 mm for the fetus,the thickness of renal parenchyma was 6-9 mm.The double renal collecting part had no change along with the increase of gestational age,but it completely absorbed disappear after the birth of fetus.Conclusion:Ultrasound can be taken to make diagnosis and prognosis evaluation on the separation of double renal collecting system of fetus.
