The Investigate of the Relationship between Heart Rate Variability and Syncope

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the children with vasovagal syncope (VVS) and heart rate variability(HRV) changes.Method:HRV were measured by 12 synchronization ECG and dynamic ECG in 52 cases of VVS and 30 cases of healthy children.Result:SDNN,SDANN and RMDNN were compared with the control group decreased,and the cases in groups SDNN,RMDNN compared with the control group had significant difference(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the HUTT positive and negative for HRV(P>0.05).Conclusion:The pathogenesis of VVS and the sympathetic and parasympathetic regulation disorders.HUTT as the gold standard for the diagnosis of VVS,its negative except HRV of VVS patients not arrhythmia during myocardial ischemia,and it has certain value in predicting cardiovascular events.
