Diagnostic Value of 16-slice Spiral CT Urography for Primary Ureteral Carcinoma
Abstract：Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of 16-slice spiral CT urography technique for primary ureteral carcinoma.Method:Imaging material of 7 patients with primary ureteral carcinoma confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The lesion sites,morphology,scope and their relationship of adjacent tissues clearly showed through the post-reconstruction techniques for CT urography including maximum intensity projection (MIP),multi-planar reconstruction (MPR),curved planar reconstruction (CPR),and volume rendering (VR) and so on.Conclusion:The 16-slice spiral CT urography technique is valuable in diagnosis of primary ureteral carcinoma,and it is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
