The Clinical Effect of Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Method:Selected in July 2010 to July 2010,the author of 38 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted in the hospital,its were randomly divided into trial group and control group,the 19 cases,two groups of patients were given conventional western medicine treatment,the experimental group on the basis of increase the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients.Result:Experimental group P-AMY (serum pancreatic amylase) normal time,the average hospitalization time,fasting time were superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,western medicine therapy than single use effect is good,is worthy to be popularized in clinical treatment.
