The Clinical Research of Details of Replantation Adopt the Way of not Shorten the Phalanx

Abstract：Objective:To discuss the effect of details of replantation adopt the way of not shorten the phalanx.Method:50 cases(62 fingers) with small finger amputation were selected,the treatment group 30 cases(38 fingers) used microsurgical technique to treatment and adopted the way of not shorten the phalanx,the control group 20 cases(24 fingers) were cured by traditional residual modification,then compares the basic situation of the operation and the effect of the operation.Result:The operation time of the treatment group was shorter than that the control group,the survival rate of the operation was 94.7%,the rate of the control group was 83.3%;the rate of good overall of the treatment group was 89.4%,and the rate of the control group was 62.5%;the incidence of complications of the treatment group was 2.6%,and the rate of the control group was 8.3%;there were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall effect of details of replantation adopt the way of not shorten the phalanx is ideal,and it is worth promoting.
