Explore Efficacy of Danshen Injection and Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the Treatment of Myocardial Injury after Neonatal Ssphyxia

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Danshen injection combined with creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of myocardial damage after neonatal asphyxia.Method:A total of 80 newborn children myocardial injury after asphyxia in our hospital from August 2011 to November 2012 were selected, and they were randomly divided into the two groups,and 40 children in the control group were treated with the conventional therapy,and 40 children in the experimental group were treated with Danshen injection combined with creatine phosphate sodium on the basis of the conventional therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 67.5%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%,and the total effective rates in the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CK and CK-MB in the experimental group after the treatment were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to the conventional treatment,the clinical effect of Danshen injection combined with creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of myocardial damage after neonatal asphyxia is better,and this method has little adverse reactions and higher security,and it should be generalized in the clinical treatment.
