Application of Small Dose Sufentanil Anesthesia in Caesarean Operation

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the application of small dose sufentanil anesthesia in caesarean operation.Method:54 cases of pregnant women with cesarean section in our hospital to receive treatment from August 2012 to August 2013,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group,the anesthesia with bupivacaine for pregnant women in the control group,the pregnant women in the observation group were plused small dose sufentanil on the basis of control group.Finally,to compare the anesthesia effect of two groups of patients.Result:The fetal Apgar score and the Bromage score had no statistical significance in two groups(P>0.05);the VSA score was significantly lower in the observation group than that of the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of small dose sufentanil in cesarean section,to pregnant women can pull a pain effectively reduce,worthy of promotion.
