Abstract:Objective:To investigate application value of ECG in early differential diagnosis of myocardial infarction and pulmonary embolism. Method:ECG results of 46 cases with myocardial infarction(the myocardial infarction group) and 41 cases with pulmonary embolism(the pulmonary embolism group) from June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Integral and characteristics of ECG of the two groups were compared.Result:Proportion of normal ECG,ECG integral, proportion of right bundle branch block, right axis deviation, pulmonary P waves and SⅠQⅢTⅢof the pulmonary embolism group were significantly higher than that in the myocardial infarction group(P<0.05).Proportion of ST-segment depression and elevation of the myocardial infarction group was significantly higher than that in the pulmonary embolism group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early ECG characteristics of myocardial infarction and pulmonary embolism have obvious difference.ECG can be used as an important early differential diagnosed method of the two diseases.
