Clinical Significance of Combined Detection of Cardiac Markers in the Diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction
Abstract:Objective:To study the the differences and changes of creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB(CK-MB),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) and D dimer(D-D) in the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients, explore the diagnostic value of the indicator combined detection in acute myocardial infarction.Method:112 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction as AMI group,at the same time chose 30 cases of healthy people as the normal control group,CK-MB,cTnI,NT-proBNP and D-D in plasma were determined by immune chemiluminescence method.Result:CK-MB, cTnI,NT-proBNP and D-D of AMI group were significantly higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive rate of combined detection in diagnosis of AMI were higher than that in CK-MB,cTnI,NT-proBNP and D-D separate detection(P<0.05).Conclusion:Creatine CK-MB,cTnI,NT-proBNP and D-D have high sensitivity in AMI patients and they are helpful to assess the state of AMI patients.
