The Effect Observation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Xiyanping Injection in Treating Bronchiolitis

Abstract：Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ambroxol hydrochloride and Xiyanping injection as an adjuvant treatment of bronchiolitis.Method:Select the author’s hospital treated 100 cases of capillary bronchitis patients,using the random number table method were divided into the treatment group and control group,50 cases each.Two groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was given ribavin treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment was given 7.5 mg Ambroxol hydrochloride,atomizing inhalation,two times every dag,Xiyanping injection 8 mg/kg intravenous drip,one time every dag,a course of 7 d.Result:In the treatment group,the regression times of coughing,gasping and hospitalization were shorter than control group,two groups were statistically significant differences(P<0.01). Conclusion:The clinical effect of Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Xiyanping injection as an adjuvant treatment of bronchiolitis is accurate,safe and effective.
