The Clinical Analysis of Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Treating Acute Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Abstract:Objective:To research the effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine treating acute gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:The author selected the hospital treated 182 cases of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,91 cases each. Observation group was given combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,the control group was only given oral western medicine treatment, follow-up of two groups of clinical curative effect.Result:Total effective of observation group had 87 cases (95.60%),the control group only had 55 cases (60.44%), total effective of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (X2=4.09,P<0.05).Blood transfusion amount of observation group was obviously less than control group,the bleeding time,eating time significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of clinical treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding,adopting the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine is better.
