Clinical Observation of Colloidal Bismuth Pectin Combined with Cyproheptadine and Sulfasalazine in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of colloidal bismuth pectin combined with cyproheptadine and sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Method:A total of 180 cases with ulcerative colitis received in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were collected,and they were divided into the control group and the treatment group by the random number table,each group had 90 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with oral sulfasalazine tablets combined with dexamethasone in treatment.Patients in the treatment group were treated with colloidal bismuth pectin combined with cyproheptadine and sulfasalazine.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.89%,and it increased 20.00%compared with that in the control group.Conclusion:Colloidal bismuth pectin combined with cyproheptadine and sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis have better clinical effect in the clinical treatment according to the clinical results of this study.
