The Clinical Analysis of 26 Cases with Hyperlipidemic Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical feature of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis (HLAP) and investigate the therapeutic strategies.Method:A retrespective study to 26 cases hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis patients was carried out,and compared the differences of the clinical feature,laboratory indexes, treatment methods with 59 cases acute pancreatitis patients.Result:The onset age of observation group was lower than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),C reactive protein(CRP) of observation group were significantly higher than the control group,serum amylase(AMS) was significantly lower than the control group,there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical feature of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis(HLAP) is different from acute pancreatitis of other etiologies .In the management of HLAP,it is important to reduce the serum triglycerlde level beyond the common practice,that help relieve symptoms and improve prognosis in acute pancreatitis patients.
