Clinical Observation of Prophylaxis 120 Cases of Preeclampsia Postpartum Hemorrhage with Hemabate

Abstract：Objective:Explore Hemabate’s clinical effect in the prevention of preeclampsia postpartum hemorrhage.Strengthen the cognition of comprehensive prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Effectively reduce mortality in patients with preeclampsia.Method:Selected randomly 120 patients with uterine inertia preeclampsia from our hospital.In accordance with the principle of randomization,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The amount of bleeding in patients of the control group and the experimental group was compared with the time recorded as during the surgery,2 hours after surgery and 24 hours after surgery.Puerperas of the control group were dripped intravenously oxytocin 20 U after the fetus was delivered and simultaneously were injected oxytocin 20 U in the uterus.Puerperas of the experimental group were injected hemabate 250 g in the uterus after the fetus was delivered.Result:The total amount of bleeding in patients of the control group was more than that of experimental group,the differences between them were statistically significant(P=0.0001<0.05). Conclusion:In the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with preeclampsia,hemabate can effectively prevent the risk of postpartum hemorrhage in patients.In clinical practice,it should be worth applying and promoting.
