Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of small incision cataract surgery with continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis. Method:The clinical data of 56 cases(76 eyes) cataract patients in our hospital were retrospective analyzed.According to the different surgical methods they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, and 28 cases(38 eyes) in each group. The treatment group were treated with continuous circular incision capsulorhexis surgery, and the control group was treated with the traditional surgical approach that cataract capsule outside enucleation with can-opener capsulotomy by needles. The efficacy and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Result:The rates in the treatment group≥0.5 after treatment one week, one month and three months were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups were compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The Continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis in small incision cataract surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and the clinical effect is significant.
