Characteristics Analysis of Ordinary Radiological Signs in Small Amount of Pleural Effusion and Pleural Adhesion

Abstract：Objective:To analyze and investigate characteristics of common radiological signs in small amount of pleural effusion and pleural adhesions. Method:A total of 278 patients with suspected small amount of pleural effusion and pleural adhesions received in the hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected,and clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Result:A total of 269 cases in those patients had pleural effusion by chest X-ray examination,and that in nine cases were negative.But all patients had pleural effusion confirmed by chest CT examination.Conclusion:It has its necessity to use CT scans for patients with larger amount of pleural effusion after pump fluid,and it can improve diagnostic accuracy.
