Application Research of Small Incision Appendectomy in Acute Appendicitis Surgery

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of small incision appendectomy surgery in acute appendicitis.Method:A total of 80 cases met the standard of acute appendicitis were chosen.Those 80 patients were divided into the two groups by the random table,and patients in the observer group used small incision appendectomy,and patients in the control group used the traditional method in the treatment of acute appendicitis.The postoperative recovery effect and postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.Result:Volume of bleeding,the rate of using postoperative paregoric,operation time,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stays were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of coplications in the two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small incision appendectomy has a lot of characteristics,such as the request for equipment and doctors is low,and the trauma is light,and the surgical time is short,and the range of application is wide,and the postoperative recovery is fast,and so on.It is very applicable to grass-roots hospitals,and is worthy of promoting in the clinical.
