Curative Effect Comparison of Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide and Captopril in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension

Abstract：Objective:To compare the clinical effect of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide and captopril in the treatment of primary hypertension.Method:A total of 62 elderly patients with hypertension were selected,and all patients were divided into two groups by the random number table.The union group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets.The control group was given captopril tablets.Treatment courses of the two groups were 1 month,and the clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were observed.Result:The outstanding and total effective rates in the union group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Effect of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of elderly hypertensive is good,is worthy of promoting and using in the primary hospital.
