Diagnostic Value Research of Coronary CTA in Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract：Objective:To study the value of coronary CTA in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Method:A total of 40 patients who were suspected coronary heart disease were checked with coronary CTA by 64-slice spiral CT and coronary angiogram test at the same time.The coincidence rate of the two tests in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was calculated.Result:Different degrees of stenosis,calcifications,soft plaques and myocardial bridges were found in 120 coronary arteries.The coincidence rate of the two tests in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was 94%.Conclusion:Coronary CTA is non-invasive and sensitive way,and the coincidence rate of coronary CTA and coronary angiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was higher,and oronary CTA could be a good examination method for screening coronary heart disease.
