Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of continuous blood purification (CBP) in the treatment of sepsis and clinical curative effect of acute kidney injury.Method:90 cases of sepsis with acute kidney injury were randomly divided into groups of high capacity group and standard volume group, with 45 cases in each group, continuous veno venous hemofiltration(CVVH) therapy.Result:After treatment,APACHEⅡscore were significantly decreased in two groups(P<0.05 or 0.01),the high capacity group improved more significantly(P<0.05).60 d survival rate of two groups were 55.6%,48.9%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),but the renal function recovery time,ICU residence time were shorter in high capacity group than the standard volume group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of high capacity CBP can better remove inflammatory cytokines, promoting the recovery of renal function in patients, improve the survival rate,it is worthy of popularization and application.
