Research on the Clinical Efficacy of L-carnitine in the Treament of Chronic Heart Failure in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of L-carnitine in the adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Method:A total of 56 patients with maintenance hemodialysis combined with chronic heart failure were selected as research subjects,and all patients were divided the control group given normal saline and the observation group received L-carnitine adjuvant therapy,and the patient’s cardiac function classification,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection scores in the two groups were compared.Result:The proportion of cardiac functionⅠgrade andⅡgrade,LVEF in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).LVEDD in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:L-carnitine can improve heart function of patients with maintenance hemodialysis combined with chronic heart failure.
