Curative Effect Observation of Amiodarone in the Treatment of High-risk Type Rapid Arrhythmia in ICU

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of amiodarone in treatment of high-risk type rapid arrhythmia in ICU.Method:Selected 32 cases with high-risk type rapid arrhythmia from February 2010 to September 2012 in our hospital,the dynamic change of blood pressure and heart rate of patients was observed after amiodarone therapy and evaluated the result.Result:The effective 28 cases(87.50%),4 cases of invalid which 1 case was found hyperthyroidism after static note amiodarone,the remaining 3 cases short of effective standards and declared null and void.The change of blood pressure and heart rate of patients before and after the treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone can be better control the conditionofapatient of patients with high-risk type rapid arrhythmia,it has a significant efficacy.
