The Clinical Observation of Tamoxifen Compatibility Rupixiao in the Treatment of Breast Hyperplasia

Abstract：Objective:To investigate clinical results of tamoxifen compatibility Rupixiao in treatment of breast hyperplasia.Method:120 cases of breast hyperplasia were randomly selected in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012,the patients were average divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,the observation group treated with tamoxifen compatibility Rupixiao and control group patients treated with tamoxifen.The effect in the two groups were analyzed to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Result:The effective rate of the control group was 66.7%,the effective rate was 96.7%in the observation group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);four cases of adverse reactions were observed in control group,0 cases of adverse reactions in treatment group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tamoxifen compatibility Rupixiao in treatment of breast hyperplasia is effective,safe and reliable,it is worthy of promotion and application.
