Efficacy Observation of Nursing Intervention for Neonatal Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy

Abstract：Objective:To investigate clinical effect of nursing intervention for neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Method:48 cases with HIE were treated by combined therapy,which were drugs combine with hyperbaric oxygenation,and take basic care,feeding care,insulation care,hyperbaric oxygen treatment,all be close observation.Result:After treatment,the 36 cases of children recovered,accounted for 75.00%,hospitalization time 5-26 d,the average was(7.84±2.15)d;7 cases improved,accounted for 14.58%;3 cases were healed,accounted for 6.25%;2 patients of death,both of them were severe HIE,accounted for 4.17%,died of respiratory failure and concurrent cerebral herniation,respectively.Conclusion:Strengthen nursing intervention of children with HIE for clinical efficacy and prognostic have important significance.
