Clinical Analysis of Harmonizing Liver and Spleen Decoction in the Treatment of Gastric Neurosis

Abstract：Objective:To analyze clinical effect of harmonizing liver and spleen decoction in the treatment of gastric neurosis.Method:100 cases of gastric neurosis were randomly divided into test group and control group,50 patients each.The control group were given trimebutine maleate capsules,oryzanol tablets, and vitamin B1 tablets treatment,while the test group were added harmonizing liver and spleen decoction.Result:The total effective rate in test group was 94.0%, which was significantly higher than that in control group(88.0%),there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The two groups had no severe diarrhea and other symptoms.Conclusion:Gastric neurosis patients treated with harmonizing liver and spleen decoction has good effect,less adverse reaction,is worth of promotion and application in clinical practice.
