Atorvastatin to Analysis the Role of C-reactive Protein in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndromes
YIN Xi-juan
Abstract:Objective:Atorvastatin on the role of c-reactive protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome and its significance on clinical treatment. Method:Selection in December 2009 to December 2012,the author on the hospital treated 90 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome, and our health physical examination of 90 cases as normal group, comparing the normal group and CRP before treatment in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Treated with atorvastatin piece of 45 patients with acute coronary syndrome as the observation group, did not use atorvastatin treatment of 45 cases of control group, compared two groups of CRP before and after the treatment.Result:Normal group compared with acute coronary syndrome group of CRP before treatment, normal CRP were significantly lower than that of acute coronary syndrome group level before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (t=22.256,P<0.05). The observation group before treatment there was no statistically significant difference compared with control group in CRP (t=2.827,P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group compared with control group in CRP difference was statistically significant (t=12.283,P<0.05). The observation group of CRP before and after treatment comparison difference was statistically significant (t=13.289,P<0.05). The control group before and after treatment of CRP comparative difference was statistically significant (t=4.125,P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin can not only effectively reduce the blood fat, also can significantly reduce the levels of CRP in patients with acute coronary syndrome,so as to accelerate the anti-inflammatory effect, achieve the timely and effective for the treatment of acute coronary syndrome, worthy of clinical application.
